Job Summary
Leading a team focused on product-led growth strategies, the full-time Head of Product Growth Marketing will define and optimize acquisition and conversion processes while collaborating across various departments in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategy and optimization across the full funnel from acquisition to high-value conversion
- Lead and scale a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
- Optimize digital marketing and channel performance by evaluating acquisition channels and translating insights into investment decisions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, growth marketing, or growth analytics with a focus on product-led growth
- Deep understanding of growth marketing best practices, including funnel analysis and lifecycle optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and familiarity with platforms like Tableau and Amplitude
- Experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with proven collaboration skills across multiple departments
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced environments
