Job Summary
Serving as the primary subject matter expert on advertising metrics, the full-time remote Head of Product Insights will translate complex product data into actionable narratives, support strategic accounts, and drive product adoption while managing project intake and prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the team's go-to expert on advertising metrics and effectiveness, leveraging deep knowledge of Nielsen One (N1) Ads & Outcomes, Ad Intel, and NPower
- Develop high-impact, personalized materials for growth target account meetings, including bespoke pitch decks and deep-dive analyses tailored to client objectives
- Oversee the request intake process for strategic accounts, prioritizing projects based on revenue impact and capacity to ensure agility and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in research, insights, data analytics, or measurement within a media company, streamer, brand, agency, or advertiser
- Proven expertise in advertising metrics and measurement, with fluency in Nielsen One (N1) Ads & Outcomes and Ad Intel
- Experience in a client-facing or sales-support role, with an understanding of high-touch service nuances
- Ability to synthesize complex quantitative data into clear, compelling stories, producing both quick-turnaround data points and comprehensive analyses
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in an intake-heavy, fast-paced environment
