Job Summary
Leading the QA Automation Platform product, the full-time Head of Product Management will translate company vision into actionable roadmaps, manage a team of Product Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate company vision and strategy into clear investment decisions and product roadmaps
- Own the product management practice, establishing expectations and effective approaches for a small team of Product Managers
- Serve as the Product Manager for the QA Automation Platform, overseeing discovery, priorities, launch, and measurement
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments, coaching teams from broad direction to concrete product decisions
- Comfortable operating as both a product leader and a hands-on Product Manager
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Fluency in the AI landscape and its implications for product development
