Job Summary
To support enterprise revenue growth, the full-time Head of Product Marketing will define product positioning and messaging, oversee new product launches, and synthesize customer feedback to inform strategic decisions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize product positioning and messaging for alignment across marketing, DevRel, product, sales, and customer success teams
- Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on customer feedback in collaboration with RevOps
- Oversee the full-cycle of new product launches, managing deliverables from announcement to activation
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in leading Product Marketing Management (PMM) strategy with hands-on experience in positioning and go-to-market execution
- Deep familiarity with developer tools or cloud infrastructure, with broader B2B tech experience considered
- Fluency with AI-native workflows and experience using AI tools for customer data analysis
- Working knowledge of CRM fundamentals, particularly HubSpot
- Experience driving pricing strategy for B2B enterprise sales is preferred
