Job Summary
Leading product marketing initiatives, the full-time Head of Product Marketing will manage a team of three PMMs while owning product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for AI and Research customers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of PMMs, setting direction and enhancing their skills in positioning and launches
- Own the product positioning and messaging architecture, ensuring alignment across vertical teams and sales
- Build and run the product launch framework to facilitate effective cross-functional coordination and execution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in product or solutions marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in building product marketing functions from the ground up
- Proven ability to translate complex products into effective positioning for various buyer types
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing across Product and Sales teams
- Experience in product marketing for complex B2B products or platforms with multi-stakeholder buyer journeys
