Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Head of Product Operations will manage vendor relationships, oversee complex cross-functional projects, and enhance operational systems in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own vendor relationships and manage implementation projects from requirements through go-live
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring timely progress and effective communication across teams
• Maintain and improve operational infrastructure, including project documentation and reporting standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role in a technology company
• Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor relationships and implementations, preferably in healthcare
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion with multiple stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured documents
• Genuine fluency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for productivity and project management
