Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Product & Services Technology strategy and oversee digital experiences
• Manage the OIPA conversion program and modernize legacy platforms
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective integration within the technology ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product, service, or platform technology within life insurance and annuities
• Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives and strategic vendor partnerships
• Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity products and operations
• Experience with modern digital platforms and API integrations
