A company is looking for a Head of Product Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner and operational deputy to the Chief Product Officer, managing key initiatives and planning
• Design and implement the product operating model, including processes for portfolio prioritization and roadmap governance
• Lead transformation programs and initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring effective communication and decision-making frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations, preferably in a high-growth technology or healthcare company
• Proven track record of building new processes, teams, or functions and earning buy-in without authority
• Familiarity with AI tooling and modern product operating models
• Strong product intuition and ability to navigate complex decision-making environments
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without friction
