Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Professional Services to lead and scale a solutions delivery function focused on technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a team of Solution Architects and Consultants for high-quality service delivery
• Transition service offerings to be packaged, paid, and value-led
• Establish systems for tracking revenue, utilization, and delivery health

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in data, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform SaaS environments
• Proficiency in solutioning, architecture reviews, APIs, and integration challenges
• Experience owning a P&L or services revenue number
