Head of Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Professional Services to lead and scale a solutions delivery function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects and Consultants to ensure high-quality implementations
• Transition to value-led service offerings and establish systems for tracking revenue and delivery health
• Build partnerships across departments to align services delivery with company priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in data, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform SaaS
• Proven ability to own a P&L or services revenue number
• Ability to navigate customer conversations, executive strategy, and process design
