Head of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading the Professional Services function, the full-time Head of Professional Services will oversee client engagement delivery, manage project management and Business Analyst teams, and ensure high-quality implementation processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach Project Management and Business Analyst teams, setting goals and fostering a collaborative culture
• Ensure high-quality client delivery and satisfaction by overseeing the intake, scoping, and execution of Client Change Requests (CCRs)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Professional Services tools, processes, and documentation standards

Required qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in professional services, client delivery, or project management leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of the life and annuity insurance industry, preferably including executive benefits
• Proven ability to lead Business Analyst and project teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Expertise in requirements gathering, discovery facilitation, and Business Requirements Document (BRD) authorship
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
