Job Summary
Seeking a visionary Head of Programmatic to lead the in-house programmatic function for casino and sports betting brands, this full-time remote role will own strategic direction, operational excellence, and innovation across all programmatic channels while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the programmatic department, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
- Own the long-term programmatic strategy across various channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial objectives
- Oversee full-funnel programmatic operations and establish scalable processes and frameworks across global markets
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing programmatic teams
- Expert-level knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and major advertising platforms
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business impact through strategic media planning
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with complex datasets
