Job Summary
Overseeing the trader lifecycle and risk management, the full-time Head of Prop Operations will manage onboarding, payouts, and technology operations remotely while driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the evaluation-to-funded pipeline, enforcing trading rules and compiling metrics for traders
- Manage the end-to-end payout process, coordinating with teams on capital allocation and revenue reconciliation
- Lead operational technology requirements, ensuring uptime and data integrity while managing vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management within the trading or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of risk management and trading compliance
- Experience with technology platforms and operational tooling in a financial context
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and third-party vendors
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operational workflows
