Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor SDET and QA Engineering teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and implement quality assurance metrics, utilizing data for decision-making and transparency
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and support the adoption of test automation frameworks across various testing layers

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience managing QA teams and influencing senior management
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation, tools, and processes
• Experience in testing and leading quality teams for SaaS web applications
• Ability to lead multiple QA projects simultaneously in fast-paced Agile environments
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
