Head of Quality Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Quality Engineering and Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute project and personnel strategies for multiple projects to align with company objectives
• Manage multiple product teams and develop testing strategies to ensure quality standards are met
• Implement best practices for testing methodologies and oversee automation frameworks to enhance quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of engineering experience in a live service capacity
• Minimum of 10+ years in video game quality assurance or engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple titles and supporting products in a live service environment
• Experience with live service and SaaS products, focusing on fast turnaround testing
• Demonstrated ability to lead innovative solutions that improve product quality
