Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Radiology Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily case flow from image receipt to report delivery, including workforce management and escalation protocols
• Manage the connectivity tech stack and drive the migration to standardized integration formats
• Lead systematic improvement initiatives to reduce manual intervention and enhance automation across case flow

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in operational management within a scaling organization
• Fluency in imaging technology and understanding of DICOM routing and PACS integration
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and their application in operational efficiencies
• Proven team leadership skills with a focus on performance management and accountability
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience in analytics tools
