Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of R&D and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and manage teams for Product Development and Regulatory functions
• Oversee the development of new dietary supplement products from concept to commercialization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage product claims and certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutritional Science, Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field required; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum of 12+ years of leadership experience in Product Development and Regulatory Affairs in the dietary supplement industry
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, FTC advertising rules, and international regulatory frameworks
• Experience in managing product portfolios across various delivery forms
• Strong project management skills and ability to make decisions in regulated environments
