Head of R&D for AI Integrations

Job Summary

To lead the evolution of a global technology organization, the full-time Head of R&D for AI Integrations will shape long-term engineering strategies, focusing on AI and Machine Learning integration to enhance clinical outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define product architecture and long-term technical strategy with an emphasis on AI-driven modernization
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable global R&D roadmaps that leverage Generative AI and predictive modeling
• Lead multidisciplinary software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions incorporating AI/ML frameworks while managing the global R&D budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related, scientific, or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-level R&D organizations or large-scale strategic technology programs
• Proven experience managing the full product engineering lifecycle using Agile methodologies with a focus on MLOps and CI/CD for AI
• Extensive experience delivering solutions in cloud environments, specifically leveraging cloud-native AI/ML services
• Strong background in managing teams under formal Product and Development Lifecycles, including validation of AI models in regulated environments
