Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of R&D Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to advance R&D objectives
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Track and evaluate partnership effectiveness and compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Ph.D., M.D., or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry with a focus on strategic partnerships or R&D
• Experience engaging with senior government officials, NGO leaders, and academic researchers
• Strong understanding of the global R&D ecosystem and industry trends
• Proven ability to navigate complex dynamics and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders
