Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years of experience leading a recruiting team
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling company
• Proven experience implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training
• Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms
• Strong data fluency and comfort using metrics to guide decisions
