Head of Recruiting

Job Summary

Owning the recruiting process for a diverse range of roles, the full-time Head of Recruiting will proactively source candidates, manage the hiring pipeline from application to offer, and collaborate with leadership to refine recruiting strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for all full-time roles, focusing primarily on engineering and other departments such as product, marketing, and finance
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles using various platforms and networking methods
• Develop and maintain relationships with talent pools in privacy, ML/AI, and open-source communities while continuously adapting recruiting strategies

Required qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, including engineering and product management
• Experience in recruiting AI/ML engineers and other non-engineering roles such as marketing and fundraising
• Strong technical literacy to assess engineering resumes and conduct credible screening conversations
• Proven ability to use AI tools effectively in the recruiting process
• Located in the United States within +/- 1 hour of Eastern Time
