Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Recruiting Operations to lead the development and optimization of global talent infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the talent operations strategy for scalable, data-driven hiring
• Own and optimize the Greenhouse ATS for best-in-class configuration and usability
• Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to streamline recruiting processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent, HR, or Business Operations with a focus on systems and process design
• Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS
• Proven success in managing TA tech ecosystems and system integrations
• Experience implementing and scaling AI recruiting tools and workflow automation
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau
