Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Renewals Mid-Market, Americas and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a renewable book of $350M and lead a team of 30+ representatives to achieve retention and expansion targets
• Drive improvements in go-to-market strategy and customer transaction journeys to enhance customer value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and accelerate growth

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales
• 6+ years of management experience focused on achieving revenue goals with Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
• Proven experience in coaching and developing managers
• Experience leading change in complex organizations
• Familiarity with CRM, forecast management, and analytic tools
