Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Governance and Responsible AI functions, developing and implementing model risk policies and procedures
• Oversee validation, monitoring, and performance assessment of credit risk and fraud detection models
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in model risk management, particularly in credit risk and fraud detection
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to model risk management, including FCRA, ECOA, GLB, EU-AI Act, and GDPR
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
• Awareness of data science methods and techniques
• Certification in model risk management or related areas is preferred
