Job Summary
A company is looking for a US Head of Retail Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Brick & Mortar (B&M) organization, starting as an individual contributor and scaling a team over time
- Own the B&M P&L, defining strategy to drive revenue, margins, and profitable growth
- Lead retail strategy and expansion by acquiring early accounts and managing sales and distribution relationships
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of building and scaling a CPG brand in US retail to $50M-$100M+ revenue
- Deep experience in Brick & Mortar within Health, Wellness, or VMS sectors
- Strong relationships with key retailers, brokers, and distributors
- Hands-on experience with trade marketing, merchandising, and retail execution
- Experience managing trade spend with a focus on ROI and long-term value
