Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of retention account managers and strategists to enhance client retention outcomes
- Own the strategic direction and execution of retention programs, ensuring quality and measurable business impact
- Manage the P&L for the retention function, identifying growth opportunities and supporting sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing within ecommerce/DTC environments
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring and performance management
- Deep understanding of lifecycle strategy, performance metrics, and subscription models
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- Experience in managing financial outcomes, including P&L responsibility
