Job Summary
Leading the evolution of revenue strategies, the full-time remote Head of Revenue will manage the company's revenue engine, focusing on securing high-value strategic deals and transforming them into scalable revenue products while overseeing a commercial team that integrates sales, program delivery, and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Pitching, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value strategic deals for integrated revenue programs
- Designing custom multi-channel campaigns and developing repeatable revenue products based on market patterns
- Establishing a Program Delivery function with clear sales handoffs and reliable execution processes
Required qualifications
- VP-level experience leading a revenue or commercial function in a B2B media, events, or marketing-services environment
- Proven track record of personally closing strategic, multi-product deals exceeding six figures
- Experience in integrated marketing and media campaign sales, including newsletters and sponsored events
- Ability to align Sales, Product, Delivery/AdOps, and RevOps into a cohesive operating system
- Strong commercial judgment in pricing, deal structuring, and margin discipline
