Head of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Leading the optimization of end-to-end revenue cycle operations, the remote Head of Market Access and Revenue Cycle Management will develop strategies to enhance billing accuracy and cash flow while managing a high-performing team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue cycle strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage RCM performance metrics and oversee payer credentialing and contract management
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to track revenue performance and identify trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in biotech or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Proven success in managing billing and collections for in-person and telehealth services
• Strong understanding of payer contracting, coding, and compliance
• Experience implementing or optimizing RCM systems, with preference for Niko Health
