Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global revenue enablement strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, and field execution
  • Build and scale a high-performing enablement team and partner with Revenue Leadership to design impactful enablement programs
  • Establish metrics to measure enablement effectiveness and act as a trusted advisor to senior Revenue leaders
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles in a B2B environment
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including team building and scaling
  • Experience supporting complex revenue organizations such as Sales and Account Management
  • Track record of designing enablement programs that drive measurable business impact
  • Experience leveraging data and systems to inform enablement strategy
