Job Summary

Driving revenue excellence, the full-time Head of Revenue Enablement will architect and operate the enablement strategy for customer-facing teams, focusing on training, content management, and technology adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and implement onboarding and certification programs to enhance productivity for AEs, SEs, Partner Managers, and CSMs
  • Manage the library of customer-facing content and ensure timely updates and relevance to support sales efforts
  • Oversee the adoption and effectiveness of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools enhance the efficiency of customer-facing representatives
Required qualifications:
  • Experience building and scaling a revenue or sales enablement function in a high-growth tech startup
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, including familiarity with key buyer roles and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks, with a proven track record of implementing and measuring their effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional partnerships and hold stakeholders accountable to SLAs
  • Strong adaptive skills, with a focus on behavior change and deal progression rather than traditional content delivery methods
