Job Summary
Driving revenue excellence, the full-time Head of Revenue Enablement will design and implement training programs, manage content systems, and oversee tech stack adoption for customer-facing teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate onboarding and certification programs to enhance productivity for AEs, SEs, Partner Managers, and CSMs
- Manage a comprehensive library of customer-facing content and ensure timely updates and effectiveness
- Oversee the adoption and effectiveness of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools enhance productivity for customer-facing representatives
Required qualifications
- Experience building and scaling a revenue or sales enablement function in a high-growth tech startup
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with buyer personas such as CISOs and security architects
- Proficiency in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies
- Experience managing enablement programs for various customer-facing roles, including AEs, SEs, and CSMs
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional partnerships with teams like Product Marketing and Customer Success
