Job Summary
Leading the charge in data-driven decision-making, the full-time Head of Revenue Intelligence will define core business metrics, drive the revenue data model roadmap, and establish a sales experimentation strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define, standardize, and own core business metrics and KPIs across the Revenue organization
- Build automated executive reporting interfaces to provide visibility into KPI pacing and sales performance
- Lead strategic analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, revenue intelligence, or business intelligence, with leadership experience preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, with a track record of designing executive-facing dashboards
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation methodologies
- Proven experience coordinating with technical teams to build business-ready data assets
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into strategic narratives for executives
