Job Summary
To drive growth at a high-impact startup, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will manage the revenue engine, oversee the GTM tech stack, and build forecasting models, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and run systems, processes, and reporting for marketing, sales, and customer success
- Own Salesforce and ensure the GTM tech stack is clean, integrated, and scalable
- Build accurate forecasting models and analytics dashboards for leadership insights
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and modern GTM tools
- Strong quantitative skills for transforming data into actionable insights
- Proven success in scaling RevOps at a high-growth SaaS company
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
