Job Summary

To drive growth at a high-impact startup, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will manage the revenue engine, oversee the GTM tech stack, and build forecasting models, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Architect and run systems, processes, and reporting for marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Own Salesforce and ensure the GTM tech stack is clean, integrated, and scalable
  • Build accurate forecasting models and analytics dashboards for leadership insights
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and modern GTM tools
  • Strong quantitative skills for transforming data into actionable insights
  • Proven success in scaling RevOps at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
