- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the revenue cycle
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue operations professionals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth software company
- Experience with end-to-end lead-to-cash processes across various departments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment
- Understanding of revenue forecasting and KPI-driven decision-making
