Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling revenue operations functions that drive measurable impact
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise sales tools
  • Experience owning forecasting, GTM strategy, pricing, and commission planning in a high-growth environment
