Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of designing and scaling revenue operations functions that drive measurable impact
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise sales tools
- Experience owning forecasting, GTM strategy, pricing, and commission planning in a high-growth environment
