Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own GTM systems across the funnel including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics
  • Design and maintain CRM architecture for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Automate GTM workflows and create a single source of truth for revenue data


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations at B2B SaaS or infrastructure companies
  • Deep hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL or BI tools
  • Experience collaborating with Sales leadership on pipeline and compensation design
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes in dynamic environments
