Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to lead and build their revenue operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to optimize the revenue lifecycle
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team
- Develop scalable processes for demand generation, sales forecasting, and customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of building revenue operations functions in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes and technology stacks for operations
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in defining KPIs and optimizing revenue performance
