Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations who will lead the revenue operations function and ensure operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting in partnership with Finance
- Design and optimize GTM processes to drive consistency and scalability while aligning with financial controls
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or related roles
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company with $50-100M+ ARR preferred
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com and strong experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, and ChurnZero
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and financial systems integration
- Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth environments
