Head of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue and Billing Operations to lead their quote-to-cash organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and oversee the quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing and collections
• Establish pricing governance and scalable deal desk operations across Sales and Finance
• Architect and modernize the company's Quote-to-Cash technology ecosystem, integrating various systems and improving data visibility

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, revenue operations, or accounting in high-growth technology companies
• Deep expertise in architecting Quote-to-Cash systems using Salesforce and NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA and/or Big Four experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition principles and experience managing month-end close and financial reporting
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional operational transformations and align teams around shared processes
