Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the migration from HubSpot to Salesforce, ensuring CRM optimization and data cleanup
- Build and maintain dashboards for various teams, including Sales Directors and executives
- Manage territory scaling, account disputes, and lead routing decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a RevOps function with a hands-on approach
- Experience in automating processes and integrating AI tools into workflows
- Background in growth-stage SaaS companies, with familiarity in upgrading tools and processes
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including implementation and optimization
- Comfortable making operational decisions affecting sales territories and compensation
