Job Summary

To support its next stage of growth, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will manage systems, strategy, and operating cadence across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations, focusing on automation, forecasting, and data integrity in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and implement a GTM automation platform to streamline workflows across Sales, CS, and Marketing Ops
  • Architect and oversee the scaling operating model, including territory design and capacity planning in collaboration with Finance and GTM leadership
  • Establish a proactive forecasting and intelligence layer, ensuring data-driven decision-making with reliable dashboards and definitions
Required qualifications
  • Experience building internal tooling, automations, or AI-driven workflows within a GTM organization
  • Proven track record in designing territory models, capacity plans, and comp structures for high-growth companies
  • Strong background in developing trustworthy forecasting systems and leading indicators
  • Extensive knowledge of GTM systems and data quality, with experience managing complex CRM ecosystems
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders around a common operating model
