Key responsibilities

  • Proven ability to translate high-level growth goals into operational workflows
  • Expertise in CRM architecture and data flow, particularly with Salesforce
  • High proficiency in data analysis and trend identification within large datasets
  • Experience managing complex projects and change management in remote settings
