Job Summary
Leading the revenue operations function, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will manage key operations for GTM, post-sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives, driving alignment with stakeholders and optimizing reporting systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operations functions for GTM, ensuring effective execution and alignment with key stakeholders
- Design and optimize the GTM reporting suite to facilitate better decision-making for leadership
- Drive annual and in-year GTM planning, including capacity planning, territory design, and compensation planning
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related functions
- 7+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data and operational rigor
- Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
- Strong business acumen and analysis skills, including presentation development
