Head of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will set the vision for Revenue and Billing Operations, manage end-to-end billing processes, and lead cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic vision for Revenue and Billing Operations, ensuring alignment across teams
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes and maintain accurate, scalable billing configurations
• Lead a team focused on continuous improvement, talent development, and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 12-18 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, billing, finance, or related roles, preferably in logistics or high-volume transaction environments
• Demonstrated experience in designing or transforming a revenue/billing function at scale
• Strong understanding of complex billing models and data systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and experience with software revenue is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
