Head of Risk and Fraud

Job Summary

Leading the charge in fraud strategy, the full-time Head of Risk and Fraud will manage the fraud P&L, develop a high-performing team, and establish partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the fraud P&L, explaining trends and accountability for key metrics
• Build and lead a strong team, fostering leadership development and operational excellence
• Set the fraud-reduction roadmap, making strategic decisions on investments and partnerships

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime with a proven track record of ownership over fraud outcomes
• Experience in partner selection and negotiation, managing budgets and SLAs
• Strong data analysis skills, with comfort in SQL or similar environments
• Familiarity with digital marketplaces, e-commerce, or gaming industries
• Proficient in English, capable of setting strategy and influencing stakeholders
