Head of Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Risk to lead its Fraud, Risk, and Disputes organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company-wide risk and dispute management strategy
• Lead the end-to-end fraud strategy and manage risk for card issuing and acquiring
• Own the lifecycle of disputes and chargebacks, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in fraud and risk operations in payments or fintech
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in both issuing and acquiring fraud domains
• Expertise in various fraud typologies and applicable regulations
• Operationally strong with a metrics-focused approach to solutions
• Experience building and scaling high-volume fraud and disputes operations
