Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team (AE, SDR, CSM)
- Drive full-funnel execution from outreach to close
- Design scalable sales processes, compensation plans, and forecasting models
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (at least 3 in a leadership role)
- Experience growing sales from early-stage ($2M+) to $10M+ ARR
- Strong handle on SaaS sales metrics, pipeline management, and CRM tools
- A hands-on, data-driven leadership style with a team-first mentality
- Bonus: Familiarity with industrial or technical buyers
