Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of SaaS Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (AE, SDR, CSM)
  • Drive full-funnel execution from outreach to close
  • Design scalable sales processes, compensation plans, and forecasting models
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (at least 3 in a leadership role)
  • Experience growing sales from early-stage ($2M+) to $10M+ ARR
  • Strong handle on SaaS sales metrics, pipeline management, and CRM tools
  • A hands-on, data-driven leadership style with a team-first mentality
  • Bonus: Familiarity with industrial or technical buyers
