Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small sales team, develop a robust sales funnel, and achieve new business goals
  • Act as a front-line sales leader, collaborate with marketing, and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Provide coaching and support to the sales team, manage leads and opportunities, and optimize sales efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to thrive in high-growth scenarios, and Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience using data and CRM for decision-making and ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • VR/AR, HR, or Training industry experience is a plus
