Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales - US Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a US go-to-market plan targeting high-growth industries and clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle: identify, connect, pitch, and close new business
  • Develop deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers across HR, Operations, and Technology
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, or managed services
  • Proven hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and building a pipeline
  • Experience selling cross-border or nearshore solutions, ideally US-Mexico
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills
  • Discipline in CRM management and forecasting, with HubSpot/Salesforce proficiency preferred
