Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a US go-to-market plan targeting high-growth industries and clients
- Lead the full sales cycle: identify, connect, pitch, and close new business
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers across HR, Operations, and Technology
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, or managed services
- Proven hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and building a pipeline
- Experience selling cross-border or nearshore solutions, ideally US-Mexico
- Strong consultative and strategic selling skills
- Discipline in CRM management and forecasting, with HubSpot/Salesforce proficiency preferred
