Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full ownership of the Agency's P&L and drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Refine and execute strategic plans for market expansion and managing high-value partnerships
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all functions and technology deployments
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services distribution industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive role with P&L accountability
  • Deep knowledge of the individual health insurance market and FMO/GA distribution models
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing multi-million dollar budgets
  • Experience leading diverse teams and driving organic growth in a complex regulatory environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
